We do ask our clients to tidy, pickup toys, clothes, crate or take out pets, etc. so that we can provide the best cleaning results.
For floor cleaning, e.g., carpet, tile and grout, etc, please move any furniture in the areas to be cleaned, as we do not move furniture. We can clean around furniture, too.
It's always nice to come back to a clean home so an empty home is best. This way we won't be in each other's way and makes the cleaning process smooth.
A scheduled walkthrough is an appointment for 1-2 team members to come by to meet, introduce, and walk through your home or business to get a better visual of your cleaning needs. That is when we discuss priorities, problem areas, and set clear expectations so that we can best service you.
No, you don't have to be home during the clean. It's your space and your decision if you'd like to be present.
Yes, we provide all of our own cleaning supplies and equipment for house cleaning and commercial cleaning accounts.

There's no commitment or long-term contract for us to service you. For commercial cleaning accounts, we may provide an agreed contract, depending on scope of work. Before we offer our cleaning service to any client, Terms of Agreement must be read and agreed upon.

Please give up to 24 hours for carpets to completely dry. Other factors such as, humidity and room temperature can effect the drying time. All clients who received our carpet cleaning service will be emailed our "Carpet Cleaning After-Care Sheet" for tips to get the best results.
Soiled and stained areas should be treated quickly to avoid permanent discoloration. Not all stains or spots will be removed during the clean, especially with neglected areas. Rest assured, we've tried our best cleaning chemicals and methods to give the absolute best result.
