How do I prepare for a cleaning appointment?

Please make sure we have access to enter, whether door code or key. 
Payment is due at time of service, when our team arrives. We accept cash, debit/credit, and Venmo.
We do ask our clients to tidy, pickup toys, clothes, crate or take out pets, etc. so that we can provide the best cleaning results.
For floor cleaning, e.g., carpet, tile and grout, etc, please move any furniture in the areas to be cleaned, as we do not move furniture. We can clean around furniture, too.
It's always nice to come back to a clean home so an empty home is best. This way we won't be in each other's way and makes the cleaning process smooth.

What happens during the walkthrough?

A scheduled walkthrough is an appointment for 1-2 team members to come by to meet, introduce, and walk through your home or business to get a better visual of your cleaning needs. That is when we discuss priorities, problem areas, and set clear expectations so that we can best service you.

Do I need to be present during the clean?

Accepted Answer

No, you don't have to be home during the clean. It's your space and your decision if you'd like to be present.

Do you provide all cleaning supplies?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we provide all of our own cleaning supplies and equipment for house cleaning and commercial cleaning accounts.

What additional services do you offer?

If you have additional cleaning tasks you'd like to add to your clean, ask us about our "Select Services". Includes oven or fridge cleaning, linen changes, and more!

Yes, we do background checks for each employee during the hiring process, so that we can have the best fit for our team. You can trust our cleaners in your home.

How do I schedule or book a cleaning appointment?

To schedule an appointment, contact us by phone, email, or by filling out our Free Estimate Form. Last minute cleaning within 24 hours, are charged a $50 fee, per our policy. To see more about our policy, view our Terms of Agreement.

Are there any services you don't offer?

Services we don't offer include:

Bio-hazard waste clean-up
Pet/Rodent waste clean-up
Floor Restoration/Repair
Furniture Restoration/Repair
Hard Floor and Upholstery Stain Removal
Mold Mitigation
Move or lift heavy furniture
Wet wipe light bulbs
Wet wiping personal electronics, e.g., Tv Screens, computer screens, game consoles, etc. (Only Dusting these items)
Blind Cleaning
Unclogging Toilet, Sink, Tub
Clean or remove paint splatters, drips, or oversprays (unless liability waiver must be signed at start of service)

Is there a contract I need to sign?

There's no commitment or long-term contract for us to service you. For commercial cleaning accounts, we may provide an agreed contract, depending on scope of work. Before we offer our cleaning service to any client, Terms of Agreement must be read and agreed upon.

What is your cancellation policy?

If a cleaning appointment is cancelled without rescheduling, regardless of timeframe, we charge a $50 fee, per our policy. To read more about our policies, see our Terms of agreement.

How long until my carpets are dry?

Accepted Answer

Please give up to 24 hours for carpets to completely dry. Other factors such as, humidity and room temperature can effect the drying time. All clients who received our carpet cleaning service will be emailed our "Carpet Cleaning After-Care Sheet" for tips to get the best results.

Question 15

Will all the spots come out of my carpet, tile and grout, or vinyl floor?

Accepted Answer

Soiled and stained areas should be treated quickly to avoid permanent discoloration. Not all stains or spots will be removed during the clean, especially with neglected areas. Rest assured, we've tried our best cleaning chemicals and methods to give the absolute best result.
